Founded by Sven Lindholm & Gunnar Bergstrom
Bought Storyville and Gazell - probably also acquired Bird Notes.
The Swedish branch was called Sonet Grammofon AB.
Sold to Polygram in the early 1990's, which belongs to Universal since 1998.
Probably the most important danish jazz label.
